The training calendar or workout calendar shown below is the heart of the training tools that individual members utilize. This calendar is typically the starting point that individual users encounter after they choose to start using the interactive fitness tools. Its purpose is to give a quick view and ability to navigate to recent workouts and injuries/sicknesses as well as upcoming workouts and goals. A secondary purpose is to provide the user a quick means of navigation to commonly used fitness tools.
